Job Description

The Managing Director is a critical member of the firm’s management team. The Managing Director is accountable for all office operations, including revenue generation, staying within budget guidelines, and growing the business, as well as being accountable for the overall success of the office. This individual is the leader of the office and is expected to properly and professionally represent Titus, both internally to our employees as well as externally to our clients, with a passion for client service, strong work ethic, highest integrity and a positive attitude. The Managing Director is responsible for ethical management of employees and ensuring high morale. All employees of the office report to the Managing Director. Specifically, the Sales Directors.



• Business Development Efforts:



• Develop and maintain a relationship with each client.

• Be actively involved in business development efforts along with the Directors (both Practice Area and Client Services).

• Mentor the Directors, Client Services to meet their performance goals and ensure they are using the sales database (salesforce).

• Regularly take part in networking and marketing activities that promote the firm.

• Actively participate in at least one professional organization.



Expectations:

The Managing Director is expected to have strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to build relationships with our clients, the consultants and all other employees. Managing Directors are expected to have a high amount of positive energy and be willing to lead by example. Individuals in this position are to be viewed as a leader by their peers and direct reports. These individuals should be able to travel to client sites in their local market as well as occasional travel to other markets as needed.

Recommended Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of public accounting and/or relevant industry experience.

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related field, master’s degree preferred.

One of the following credentials is required: CPA, CIA or CISA.

Big Four or large regional public accounting firm experience a plus.

Business Development Sales Manager~~~selling IT solutions

Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 plus bonus which doubles salary = Total package $260,000. No caps on bonus. Vacation time starts at 4 weeks, plus 10 public holidays. Excellent Medical benefits, etc.

· 5 years - 10 years in North American IT Sales with a “Hunter” mentality

· Must be able to sell to end users vs. channel

· Must have a "Hunter" mentality - Someone that understands how to start or develop a new region Must have solid experience selling to the end user, not just channel sales.

· Degreed in IT or related field (i.e. Engineering)

· Someone with a Type A personality that has a strong and efficient sense of business development

Our client is a Power and Desalination Plant located in Abu Dhabi. Due to project expansion an experienced Shift Chemist is required immediately.


DESCRIPTION
Carry out water analysis and then interprets all results for consistency
Perform analysis to measure the chemical composition of seawater, potable water and permeate water
Collect samples from various monitored sampling points within the plant
Individually perform all activities and functions within the Desalination Laboratory
Monitor and coordinate the implementation of approved modifications to enhance plant operation and production
Identify any abnormalities in plant chemistry and advise operational staff to promptly rectify the situation
Perform laboratory instrument calibration checks using buffer & standard solutions and instrument comparison checks
Maintain the laboratory equipment in good operating condition
Inspect the quality of various delivered chemicals for safekeeping and handling
Issues purchase requisitions for required laboratory materials and equipment
Draft reports and manage laboratory references
Enter and manage daily laboratory reports

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years experience in an large Power generating plant and/or Desalination plant facility
Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) or Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree
Experience in handling a shift of a Power and/or Desalination plant.
Well versed of chemistry industry standards, environmental restrictions, and OEM operating procedures.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
Availability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as required

UAE or GCC experience

REMUNERATION
AED 9200 - 10000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Salary stated above includes accommodation allowance, and transport allowance for to and from work
